"If I start putting timelines to that or stress over what is occurring next week then I am not performing the role I have been given.

Supporter Perspective

This season should have been one of Nottingham Forest's finest in modern history. Qualification for Europe for the initial occasion in 30 years, the best squad this millennium and all involved working towards the common goal.

Unexpectedly, at least for now, that has all gone away. Nuno has left, performances have been poor and on Thursday night the stadium turned on the recent appointment Ange Postecoglou after just six matches.

And yet it's very much classic Forest, a club that veers from success to internal crisis like a learner driver who fails to remain in a lane.

Upcoming Challenges

With games against Newcastle, the Blues, the Portuguese side, the Cherries and the Red Devils approaching, it's very hard to predict if he can reverse the situation before it becomes even more toxic.

But question any supporter and they'll tell you the identical thing, it's always eventful at Nottingham Forest.
